Side Effect Of Coveram 5mg /5mg

I started taking coveram 5/5 since 2 day after stopping my previous medicine Mecardes 80mg I experienced dry Cough sweating. back pain. . Weakness and legs pain dose will stop or it will continue please your reply is highly needed

I have been taking coveram 5mg for the past 2 months and have been having the following problems; ankles swelling,legs very sore and heavy,tummy swelling,back pain (thought this was from my back operations I had over the last 2 years) headaches over the right side of my face,dizziness and sweating a lot
