There are a couple of possibilities as to why you're experiencing this, according to the NIH, it may be acid reflux from the medications, or congestion from the allergies.
Nausea can be a normal side effect of some antihistamines, it can also be a symptom of sinus drainage.
Which allergy medications are you taking? That may help narrow down the issue.
