It should actually have 50 50 50 on the opposite side, because it is a 150mg tablet and each 50 section provides a spot to easily divide the dose, if necessary.

Trazadone is an antidepressant, generic for Desyrel.

Some of the most common side effects include: drowsiness, dry mouth, headache and priapism.
