My husband has one of those. It's actually a BCIR Barnett continent internal reservoir. He uses a catheter to empty his internal pouch. He had a traditional colostomy for 20 years until he had this surgery in St. Louis. Now it's only done in Cali and Florida. He also has Crohns and takes Klor kon 40 mg 1x a day. We want to switch to OTC because we recently r having insurance problems.
