Shelf Life Of Orphenadrine (Top voted first)

It was issued on June of 2011 to me for pain I don't see an expiration date. My pain is back. Is it safe to use it?

I have a bottlw of orphenadrine 100mg that expired 2 yrs ago. I cant get to see my dr fir a week. Are these okay to take until then. Its the sMe pain as before ub my back but i cant b in pain fir another week waiting too see ny dr

Is it ok to take an expired prescription? I have a half bottle of Norflex prescribed to me 9/2013. I am having horrible back spasms and saw my doctor ion the ER yesterday. He prescribed Cyclobenzoprizo electronically and I can pick those up tomorrow. Would it be ok to,take a norflex tonight even though it's expired?

This medication isn't one of those that gets dangerous, once it's expired, but it does lose effectiveness. The expiration date would be one year from when it was dispensed to you, or when the original factory sealed container was opened.

Thus, over 2 years later, they really aren't going to help much and you should see that they are disposed of properly.

Have you contacted your doctor? It's also not good to try and self-diagnose, if something different is causing your pain this time, this may not be the appropriate medication to treat it.
