Had hysterectomy done n was old to take shel all os . After about 10 yrs of taking shel all os , will I have any side effects??

This is just a nutritional supplement, so there is no harm to long-term use, as long as you don't exceed the recommended dosage.

However, the FDA warns that it may cause constipation in some people.
