Shaking Hands While Doing Practical

My hands used to shake whenever i do any microbiology practical. Can i get any help?? I want to cure it.

Is that the only time it happens?

Have you consulted your doctor?

If it only occurs then, it is most likely due to your being nervous and you may just need to find a way to calm yourself and relax.
