I didn't find any problems or interactions listed, but it's always best to double check such information to be sure. Have they both been prescribed for you? Have you tried a good cough syrup?
The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irriitation, increased risk of bleeding and dry mouth.
