I overdosed on several bottles of pills about a year ago had a seizure and layed in the floor for three days before I was found I wa dead on arrival after being flown to the hospital they did immediate surgery on my left arm and right hand due to severe compartment syndrome I was in icu for several days and almost lost my arm and both hands they pulled me off my meds after a cpl weeks and I'm still in severe pain and I don't know what to do they said pain meds wldnt help theve tryed everything except spinal cord stimulation and I keep a burning pins and needle sensation and I'm not sure what to do it never stops or gets any better I'm just not sure what to do

Hello, Kanenky! How are you doing? I'm very sorry about what you've been through, but so glad you survived.
Have you tried any of the non-narcotic medications that can specifically help with nerve pain, such as Neurontin? The burning pins and needles sensation that you describe is usually due to nerve damage.
The FDA classifies Neurontin as an anticonvulsant that is also approved to treat certain types of nerve pain and some mood disorders. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, mood swings and weight gain.
It's something you could discuss with your doctor.
