i have severe paint in my lower abdomin for more than two years. went to several doctors. all reports show normal. did a colonoscopy n CT scan. it like cramping pain and last for a while. there is so much gas bloating in my abdomen. most of the time, have loose motions or semi and dark in color. dont know what is the cause of the pain. have numbness in my feet sometimes.

Have you looked into dietary causes? Usually such gas, diarrhea, cramping and etc. are all symptoms caused by foods, or beverages, according to NIH reports.
Although, some medication can also cause such symptoms. Do you take any medications regularly?
What were the results of the colonoscopy and CT scan?
