Severe Copd And Quibron 300

Just wondering if this medication would help with my breathing. I am currrently on symbicort and duo neb. Plus I use atrovent.

It contains the active ingredient Theophylline and it has been used to help with COPD. Its most common side effects may include nausea, dizziness, insomnia and irritability.
