Hello, Barbara! How are you?
Why aren't you taking the 75mg dosage?
The U.S. FDA classifies this as an SSRI antidepressant and lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and weight changes.
It can cause some people to feel depressed, rather than lifting the depression as it should. Have you informed your doctor? It may not be the right medication for you.
