Hello, Jean! How are you doing? I'm very sorry about the cancer diagnosis and I really hope all goes well and that they caught it early.
As to continuing the Sertraline, I really think you should discuss that with your oncologist. Both cancer and the chemotherapy medications can be very touchy and the slightest thing could cause problems, thus it would be remiss of someone online to tell you yes or no on this, when that may not be in your best interest.
