What type of upset did it cause? It seems your sentence was cut off.

Hi Yes as far as understood my mum became lethargic and symptoms of overactive parathyroid which cinicalcet is controlling, so we felt maybe antibiotic upset effectiveness or her bodys tolerance to maintain effective control of the condition. thanks for your response.
