i m taking i one capsule of selen pluss day!i dont know anything about all the side effects it might have!can you just tell me about the side effects!besides i m taking it because of my hair fall soft nails and for my skin!

This is just a nutritional supplement that contains vitamins that are important to your overall health. The worst side effect known for it is sometimes nausea, after you take it.

And please do not take more than directed as taking too much of some of them could be dangerous.
