I was on the two hourly searle medication and I missed the last hour but I drunk my last two. I don't know if it's going to work am panicking please help

I took Searle 1416 one swallowed n other one inserted then had little cramps that's all then went back to Dr took 4 same pills inserted 2n half n swallowed 1n half 6hrs nothing no pain what's wrong.
