Script Looks Like Sy Five Daily # 150.

This script looks different than what I have been given for years. What exactly is it saying? I had to get a new Doctor and i asked how to read this and he ignored my question. I'm afraid to fill it.

What is it a prescription for?

I am not sure what the sy might be, however, the 150 is the number of tablets in total, taken 5 times a day, so it would be a 30 day supply.

There is no need to be afraid to get it filled, if there is something on it that your pharmacist can't understand, they will contact the doctor to ask.
