I'm sorry, but there is no such things as a schedule two doctor. Doctors are generally not sorted according to what they will or will not prescribe.

If you require such a medication on a long-term ongoing basis, you'll need to see a pain management specialist.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Can anyone suggest a good doctor in that area?

Do you have a PCP that might be able to refer you?
