Sazo 1000 Side Effect

my brother is taking sazo 1000 twice daily as he is suffering from spondylo artheritis. but while taking the drug,. in the morning he is unable to eat as he feel vomiting and mild fever..some time after taking the drug he vomit also... shall i stop the sazo or there's any other medicine insted of sazo which i can continue
