Sangobion Or Trihemic

I am in my third trimester and I cheked my hemoglubine for the first time that was 8.9. I tooke TriHEMIC tablets that has ferrus fumarate 350mg folic acid 1mg vitC 600mg vitB12 25mcg and vitC 30iu. One day later I got awared that vitC vitB12 and vitE of the above formulation was above the rda during pregnancy. I would like to know wether I change it with sangobion or not. How many tab of sangobion should I take per day?

Since you are pregnant, you do need some extra nutrients to help ensure the best possible outcome for both you and your baby, however, this also means that you shouldn't take anything, without your doctor's approval.

Which one has your OB Gyn advised you to take? Do you have one, yet?
