Sangobion Help

hi... I was no have aneamia or any problem. but I am underweight.. can normal people without any deficiency can take sangobion? is there would be any negative effect to me if I took it without any deficiency?

According to the Sangobion website, it is just a nutritional supplement, so it should be okay for you to take, as long as your doctor approves.

However, it may not necessarily help you gain weight, that depends on what's causing you to be underweight.

Do you eat frequent, healthy meals? Are you on any medications? How tall are you and how much do you weigh?
