Sandoz Bupropion Generic Help

My dr. gave me generic wellbutrin for stopping smoking. This is made by sandoz. Everything I have read about the generic pills has scared the crap out of me. Im scared to start these. Any help in understanding if I should trust this brand?

What have you read about them that scares you?

Generic or not, the typical side effects that a medication may cause remain the same and, as listed by the FDA, the ones for this possibly include nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, nervousness and insomnia.
