Saliva Drug Test Level Detection For Morphine

I take 3 30 mg. Of ms contin per day for the past 2 days I took 2 extra pills each day, I have to take a saliva test that goes to the lab. To check my levels will they be able to detect that I took extra? Pls. Answer ty
