Wikoryl contains Acetaminophen, Chlorpheniramine, caffeine and Phenylephrine, it is commonly used to treat the symptoms associated with colds and allergies.

And no, some of these ingredients can have an adverse effect on the fetus, so its use is not recommended during pregnancy.
