Safe Way To Come Off Mophine 15mg Er

I am taking 15mg mophine er every 12hours my doc cut me off . I am a mom an need to come off them with out withdrawl...please tell me safe way to do this "... I also take xanex 1 mg 2 times a day .

Try reducing it to one tablet a day for about 5 days, then don't take the other tablet.. The chronic pain you're taking it for will get worse. You may or may not have additional muscle pain along with nausea and other signs of withdrawals. Since you're on a low dose, the symptoms should not be severe. It would be best to talk to your dr about this before you do it.
