I'm hiv positive they give me ilvitrim and it gives me a rash all over my body I dnt know if I must continue using it or what

This is a foreign name for Bactrim, which is an antibiotic that is used to treat, or prevent bacterial infections.

The NIH warns that it can cause a non-allergic skin rash as a side effect, along with nausea, dizziness, headache, and diarrhea.

Is the rash itchy? Does it include hives?

You may need to switch to a different antibiotic. Have you informed your physician?
