Can you tell me what this pill is? It is white, oblong with RX724 printed in black on one side. I have several of them and think it might be Claritin or something similar. Thanks.
RX724 is generic Claritin-D 24 hr. Purchased at Dominick's (Safeway) in Chicago
This is actually a generic or store brand of Sudafed, not Claritin.
This tablet contains 240mg of Pseudoephedrine sulfate (stimulant) and 10mg of Loratadine (non-drowsy antihistamine). This tablet was designed/manufactured for oral route only. It should not be crushed, snorted, or injected. The tablet will last 24 hours and will dissolve thorughout the instestines (G.I tract) as it goes along, and as time goes by. Note that Pseudoephedrine is being controlled laltely because is it a precursor chemical for the illicit making of Methamphetamine (a synthetic central nervous stimulant like cocaine). Use this medication as directed, or ask a physician if you have any other questions.
This is indeed a generic version of 24 HOUR CLARITIN-D manufactured for various drugstores. It contains 10mg Loratadine and 240mg Pseudoephedrine Sulfate.
I actually was talking to my doctor today whe I got this prescription it is a generic brand of Claritin-D
