Roxicodone South Florida Pharmacies

as of nov 2013 are there still SOME mom & pop pharmacies stocking roxicodone?See Walgreens CVS etc. are having problems,which is damn ironic.Ive had pharmacists at these stores look at me & my rx w/suspician,all the while they were violating codes & laws like crazy!! And now I read only a small percentage of Docs. & pharms are utilizing Floridas rx monitoring system.If used consistently without fail it will stop dr shopping, allow pain pts thier one monthly rx & pharms. can fill that rx knowing thier licence is safe. Well, appreciate any info, thanks!

On top of the other issues going on in Florida and on the east coast, there is also a shortage. One happens almost every year during the last few months of the year.

It is due to mandatory manufacturing limits. To help keep better track of the supply, each company that manufactures controlled substances is given a certain allotment amount each year, once they reach that number, they cannot produce anymore, until the new year, when they receive their new allotment amount.

The amounts are supposed to be based on prior year prescriptions and projected demand for each substance, but I really can't remember the last year it balanced and there wasn't a shortage.

Some smaller mom & pop type pharmacies that don't have a large customer base may still have some in stock, so it could be worth checking.
