well its come to this the fda has stoped all opoids no one has figerd it out yet i think it is now methodone

No, they haven't stopped them, however, they are enforcing some laws that many pharmacies and doctors used to ignore, which is making it harder for many people to get them. People are even having trouble getting Methadone.

There are limits for how many can be prescribed to anyone each month, as well as limits for how much of any controlled substance that a pharmacy can order and keep in stock at any given time. Many doctors and pharmacies weren't enforcing these limits and the FDA and DEA have started cracking down to make them abide by the laws.

Additionally, there are also mandatory manufacturing limits each year and once those limits are reached, manufacturers cannot produce new product until they receive their new manufacturing allotment amounts after the new year. This typically creates a shortage towards the end of the year.
