According to the prescription drug databases, this is an over the counter product that is called Painaid. It contains 110mgs of Acetaminophen, 162mgs of Aspirin, 32.4mgs of Caffeine and 152mgs of Salicylamide.
The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation, insomnia and increased risk of bleeding.
