This tablet is manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 325mgs of Aspirin, the marking is meant to be an A.

The FDA lists the typical side effects for this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.
