This tablet is manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 15mgs of Codeine and 300mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic for Tylenol 3.
The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.
