Does your pill also happen to have an "X" on the opposite side?
I haven't been able to verify my findings, but from what I could gather, a round white pill with those markings is supposed to be an over-the-counter expectorant and bronchodialator by the name of Vasopro.
It contains the active ingredients Ephederine (25mg) + Guaifenesin (200mg).
