Round White Pill With A1 On One Side And Aspirin On The Other

I want to know what is in the pill besides aspirin? It is a round pill with aspirin on one side and A1 on the other.

Aspirin is the only active ingredient in it, it is listed as containing 325mgs of it.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation, and increased risk of bleeding.
