I searched Google for this as one of my tablets had come lose, this is exactly what this tablet is as after your identification I double checked with a sealed one. Thank you for your help :-)

Hi, a white pill with an R and crescent shape on one side with A 270 is a tablet called Frusemide 40mg . It is commonly given to people who retain too much fluid and it makes them pass water to expel it from the body.

The pill you describe with 270 on top of line with a W underneath is carbidopa-levidopa (STALEVO). It it used for treatment of Parkinsons Disease and, in my case for "Shaken Leg Syndrome" CAREFUL
