If you look at it from the wrong angle, this does look like a Z, but it is actually a stylized V, the logo for Vintage/Qualitest Pharmaceuticals.

This tablet contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen, 50mgs Butalbital and 40mgs of Caffeine, the active ingredients in Fioricet. This is most commonly prescribed to treat migraines.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and stomach irritation.
