I have a bottle of westward 473 10mg can I take two pills to make it 20mg without a problem I have asthma and the 10 mg is not really helping a while ago I took 20mg and it really helped

West-ward Pharmaceuticals lists this tablet as containing 10mgs of Prednisone, so no, you shouldn't raise your dosage, without your doctors approval.
How long have you been taking the current dosage? It does take a few days for it to work.
The FDA classifies this medication as a steroid and lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, acne, weight gain and insomnia.
