Round White Pill One Side Is Marked Zc40 Other Blank

What is this pill called? I was prescribed it, but don't know what it is for and I am supposed to take it now without food.

This tablet is manufactured by Zydus Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 6.25mgs of Carvedilol, it is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension.
