Hello, Shari! How are you?

There are no Percocet 15 tablets, the contain Oxycodone and Acetaminophen and there are none available that contain 15mgs of either one.

If there are no markings, it is most likely just some type of over the counter product, since all prescription tablets must have markings to enable their identification according to U.S. law.

Does anyone recognize this tablet?

I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.
