found a round medium sized pill on the floor with M on one side and 027 on the other-really sour tasting. anyone know what this is?

Is the marking possibly M C27?

If so, it is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 75mgs of Clopidogrel, which is most commonly used to help prevent blood clotting.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, easy bruising an increased risk of bleeding.
