What is a round white pill imprinted with A/349 used for?

This tablet is manufactured by Actavis Elizabeth and they list it as containing 5mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. It is a generic for Percocet, which is an opiate analgesic.

The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.
