Round Red Pill With Z Imprint

May be for schizophrenia. Im trying to find out for sure myself, but have reason to believe thats what its for.
It actually sounds like you might have found an Acetaminophen tablet, which is a generic for Tylenol, it is used to treat headaches, fever, and body aches.
The one that is red with the Z marking is manufactured by Leiner Health Products and they list it as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen.
Is there anything else I can help with?
