Round Pink Pill With Gg53 On One Side And A 2 On The Other

I found a small round pink pill in my sisters cabinet while going through her bathroom for drugs as she has a bad methamphetamine problem. It has a gg 53 on one side and a 2 on the other. What is it and is it dangerous to her?
