I was given this pill from a customer of mine stating that it is for pain but I have never seen it or a pain pill similar to it. It is a small round pill, pink/peach colour and has the number 18 on one side & is blank on the other side. If anyone may know what pill this is or have an idea please let me know. Thank you.

Is the marking possibly an 81?
