If it has no markings, we can rule it out as being a U.S. manufactured and approved prescription medication, because they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification.
Which means that it's most likely an over the counter product and that leaves it open to a very large number of possibilities.
However, there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication.
Where was it found?
Does anyone have an idea of what this tablet may contain?
