Is the marking possibly R 150? (As in the numeral one, not a seven?) Can you please double check and post back?
There is one with the marking R 150 that matches this description, which is manufactured by 150mgs of Raniditine, it is an antacid. This one is manufactured by Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, diarrhea, flatulence, and stomach pain.
