I believe the marking is actually intended to be P200 U-S 0147, this tablet is manufactured by Upsher-Smith Laboratories and they list it as being a 200mg Pacerone tablet.

This medication is used to treat heart rhythm disorders. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, abnormal taste and general body discomfort.
