I believe I located a match to a white round pill with COR 128 on one side and nothing on the other. Click here to see a picture of the pill. If this is your pill it's Pyridostigmine bromide 60 mg, which is used to treat muscle weakness in people with myasthenia gravis and to combat the effects of curariform drug toxicity.
