i have some small blue pills withe a number 3 on one side and either 78 or BL ON THE OTHER.

I have some small round blue pills, they are not scored, but have the number 3 on 1 side and either B.L OR 78 ON THE OTHER,i was told they were 10 mg diazepam, but iam not so sure does anyone know what they are?
