Round Peach Pill With Mx32 On One Side

I took one of these. I can't see real well and I thought it was my Adderall, but now I'm scared of how I'm feeling.

This tablet is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 20mgs of Citalopram, which is an SSRI antidepressant.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache mood swings, weight changes, and dry mouth.
